North America has a lot of area for flight training. Canada is the second largest country in terms of area, but a small population. This results in a massive amount of area available for all types of flight training.The mountains on the west coast make it unique for flight training.

There are large amounts of prairies and flatland which are excellent for training, as well as providing many possible destinations for cross-country flying.

The United States, although not as large as Canada, still has a lot of area available for flight training. It also has many flight schools, with the most advanced aviation industry in the world.All the open spaces, and diverse landscape, along with the advanced training facilities make North America the ideal place to learn to fly.
