This marks an important milestone in their aviation careers as they take the next big step toward becoming airline-ready pilots. Over the next 45 days, these aspiring aviators will undergo rigorous ground training, gaining in-depth technical knowledge of the Airbus A320 aircraft systems, performance, and procedures. The program also includes extensive simulator sessions on advanced Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulators, designed to replicate real-world flying conditions and airline operations.
